  • 3 line arrangement having independent thread control devices that is improved thread case & course with the maximum speed of 1,200 spm minimize the resistance of upper thread and it prevents from abrasion by adopting ceramic eyelet in every thread lines.
  • Powerful endurance was originated by materials with ultra-precision processing in the main mechanism such as take-up, needlebar moving, mes & head.
    For the accurate & fast frame movement and head transfer, stepping motor of high-precision and LM guide system for FA are adopted, realizing semipermanent precision for embroidery.
  • Neat and effective trimming by the automatic setting or manual operation will raise not only the productivity but also embroidery quality productivity.
  • By controlling the main shaft drive with AC servo motor, the response for the speed change even stitching becomes fast and smooth so that stable and accurate embroidery can be made in every speed range.
  • As semi-auto lubrication system is installed, the lubricant is supplied automatically and frequent lubrication problems were solved.
Wide cap frame work (Option)
Embroidery work for side of cap as well as front is possible in the range of 360mm(X) 75mm(Y) at the maximum.

Semi cap frame work (Option)
More perfect embroidery for hat is realized by its wide available working range in 180mm 83mm at maximum.

Tubular frame work
The wide embroidery range of 412mm(X) 357mm(Y) at the maximum enables us to handle the large size of tubular materials.
Border frame work
Widely flat embroidery work of 520mm(X) 360mm(Y) at the maximum is available by installing flat table (border) which can be easily attached and removed.
