	What is Speedy-T 2000 Speedy-T 2000 solves T-shirt folding and bagging problems and does so quickly and cheaply. It is a machine that speeds up T-shirt folding and similar garment folding. It's small size, low cost and excellent

put-through make it far more cost-effective than traditional folding machines. Its easily adjustable work tops can be regulated in a few seconds to fold garments to the required sizes and handle everything from baby clothes to extra-large adult shirts.

The base version of the Speedy-T 2000 has two work modes:

"Direct Bagging":

Spread the garment carefully on the work top, press Start pedal and the machine completes its folding cycle in 3 or 4 seconds. At the end, the garment is folded around an angled blade nicely positioned for the bag to be slipped over it. A single operator can easily handle 250 pcs per hour and this can be doubled with a second operator.

"Tip and Bag"

In this case the speedy-T will be next to a slightly lower work table, a bagging machine or a heat seal machine. When the selcted folding program finishes, the garment is folded over the last folder blade which then makes 180 degree arc to tip the garment onto the work table(or machine) next to the Speedy-T 2000. The second operator can then bagthe garment using the method selected. Throughput is around 500 pcs/hr.

Operating with Stacker

can also be combined with a stacker. This is a platform that automatically lowers when a garment is placed on it. If not used, the stacker can be easily folded away so that it takes up very little space and does not get in the way.
When the stacker is used, the Speedy-T 2000 has a third work mode in addition to the two previously described.
The start pedal is depressed and the fold cycle begins (it will take a maximum 4 seconds) and the T-shirt will be folded and tipped onto the stacker. During these fully automactic operations, the oerator has time to get another T-shirt ready to be spread on the work table. A buzzer sounds when the stacker is full. At this point, the operator removes the stack of folded garments and, when a new cycle is started, the stacker will automatically lower to its original working position. A single operator can handle 500 pcs/hr.

Digital Electronic Control

is equipped with an electronic controller with the following functions:

Choice of 10 folding programs
Each folding program can be user customised, memorised and assigned names at will.
Self-diagnostic with fault identifying messages.
Garment count with signal when set number is reached.
An hourly production rate can be set. If the production rate falls below the setting, the buzzer will sound.
All messages and instructions are available in the following languages: Itlatian, French, English, Spanish and German.
Very high safety performance. An access Password is needed to change the programs. If a mistake is made in the programming, the machine can always be reset to the factory default settings.
If the electronic controller fails, it can be changed easily and quickly.

10 folding programs of which five include bagging, four stacking and one is availbale for customisation.
3 different sets of centre folder blades that can be changed in a few minutes (folding quoality is better when the size of the folder blades matches that of the bag).
Compressed air tank to regulate machine functional performance.
4 casters 2 of which have brakes.
Start pedal and emergency stop button installed on a mobile control pedestal so that they are always within easy reach.
