What we do?
Proel is producing software and hardware for embroidery since 1977... Our philosophy is to supply embroidery market and to listen to all our customers requests to satisfy their needs. The 20 years of experience in the embroidery field is the greater reference that we can offer to all the operators.

	All the laser machines are supplied together with the FocusCut software that is completely compatible with the most common graphics softwares(CorelDrawTM...). Together with the scanner, this makes piloting the cutting system very simple.
	The fine adjustment of the laser power makes it possible to engrave or cut a large variety of materials such as: all types of fabric, plexiglass, wood, rubbers, leather, plastics...
	The electronics of the machines are able to manage up to three different laser powers on the same design so engraving and cutting may be done simultaneously.
	An external aspiraction unit both evacuates the fumes and makes the material adhere to the grid, thus also guaranteeing a healhty work environment.

DESCRIPTION
The EuroFlex combine all the functionality of our larger systems with a compact design. This machine provides flexibility, reliability, accuracy and quality, all at an affordable price. EuroFlex allows you to cut and engrave many types of material from silk to wood more accurately and very fast. It is equipped with a 30 Watt CO2 laser source and has a limited size but a large cutting area (800x600 mm) that allow it to be used for any type of production, from the small embroidery business, or craftsman’s studio, to the large industry.

Main Features
An easily transportable machine, equipped with a CO2 Laser source of 30 Watt (air-cooled), a cutting head driven on two axes by powerful motors and using a fixed cutting plane with usable cutting area of 800x600 mm. The external fume suction device may be also connected to a filtering unit, RS-232 interface for connection to a Personal Computer, possibility of control at three power levels (usually one for cutting and two for engraving), possibility of selecting two cutting modes: constant speed or variable speed for optimizing times, cleaning of the cutting head using air produced by an internal pump or with air produced by an external source or with gases specific for laser cutting (usually Nitrogen).

Cutting / engraving quality

The laser beam allows to obtain a cleaned accurate cut on any kind of materials preventing unraveling of fabrics.
Nitrogen using allows you to cut edges very clean and without burns even on precious material.
It allows to obtain any kind of engraving adjusting the laser beam power.

Save

Allows considerable saving on materials by marking full use of the space on the cutting table. The continuos loading of fabric reduce the machine down time.

Convenience

It executes simple and complex cuts of large and small shapes without any fabric treatment.

Productivity

Many fabrics can be overlapped, multiplying output and increasing profit margins.

Software for Laser Cutting Machines

FocusCut
The new software "FocusCut" in WINDOWS environment allows the creation, the modification and the importation of any kind of images besides the laser cutter drive.

Main features
Creation, save and modification of cutting shapes using a background image. Importing HPGL files

as cutting shapes. Detailed check out of the exact positioning of the material on the grid, minimizing waste of material. Possibility to select between cut and engraving. Manipulation of description curves of shapes. Importation of multihead embroideries in Proel format (both old .PUM and new .PMU files) to use as cutting shape. Configuration of the cutting area according to the dimensions of the material used. Possibility to use simultaneously more shapes previously saved. Complete management of shapes and images archive. Compatibility with Ricamar system (importation and exportation of .RIC format files). Creation of shapes with lettering. Direct transmission to the laser cutter. Optimization of the cutting sequence.

VideoCut
The new software VideoCut in WINDOWS environment allows videocamera-assisted cutting.

VideoCut is a program that is independent of but integrated within FocusCut, that makes it possible to carry out videocamera-assisted cutting (the videocamera is installed on the cutting head of the laser cutting and engraving Machine, JumboCut or FlexiCut model).

VideoCut makes it possible to select two different work modes:
Marker Search
This operating mode requires elaboration using the FocusCut program. Two Markers are needed for each shape to be cut. Makes it possible to cut each cutting shape by identifying the two Markers associated to this shape.

Rectangles Search
This operating mode makes it possible to cut rectangular figures without the need to assign two Markers to each figure. Makes it possible to cut a Composition of rectangular figures by setting some parameters relating to the size and position of the rectangles themselves.

Protection Key driver

If your software have problems with the ricognition of the HASP™ Protection Key, you can solve this problem installing the new Protection Key driver. Note: this upgrade is not necessary if your software haven't this probelm. Download the file Instructions.zip to know the instructions to install the driver.
